Legumes 60 lbs
Powdered Milk 16 lbs
Cooking Oil 10 quarts
Sugar or Honey 60 lbs
Salt 8 lbs
Water (2 weeks) 14 gallons
This provides 2200 calories per day and 45 grams of protein daily.
