Think about eating food storage without herbs, spices, and seasonings. It would be pretty boring, wouldn't it? Make a list of all the ones you use, and get a year's supply. You'll be happy you did.

what about the shelf life of seasonsings? i've always wondered about the opened ones in my kitchen (i guess i should just look it up online), but if they aren't opened do most ofthem last years?
